I can't open my email on the web or from home

If you are experiencing problem opening your email on the web or outside of the school network please follow the instructions below:

  1. Make sure you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer browser for best compatibility (you can also use Firefox or Safari however some features will not work like spelling etc.) To make sure it is Internet Explorer go to Help/About

2.  Go to either Mamaroneck Home Page www.mamkschools.org / Staff Links / Outlook Web Access or you can navigate directly to https://outlook.com/mamkschools.org 

3.  When prompted for your credentials use your email address as user name and your school password (case sensitive!) that you use to login to your school computer.

4. If the login page takes your user ID but does not let you input your password click Cancel and first enter your password and than your email address as user ID.
