If you are experiencing problems opening WinCap application or logging in try these steps:

  1. Close WinCap application if you have it opened
  2. Locate Citrix Receiver icon in the left lower corner of your taskbar righ-click on it and select Exit
  3. After it closes re-open WinCap again
