How to capture and attach screenshot of the error message

To capture and attach screenshot of the error follow these steps:

  1. Make sure the error message or any screen you want to attach to the ticket is clearly seen on your screen (you may need to minimize or close unrelated windows)
  2. Press "Print Screen" button
  3. Open Microsoft "Paint" by typing it in the Start/search and paste the image by using Ctrl + V
  4. Save the file as PNG type to you computer by selecting File/Save (note the location where you saving the file)
  5. Use "Attach File" button at the bottom right to upload captured image while you in "Submit a ticket" screen
