Printer issue

To resolve printer issue try these steps:

1. Try restarting printer

2. Check printer cable

3. Restart your computer and try to print again.

If you still can't print please try printing a test page by pressing and holding "OK" or"Go" button for 10 seconds. If the test page does not print or print with issues please contact CBS service to schedule a service call that is listed on the tag like this affixed to the side of your printer.

If the test page prints normally please open internal support ticket.
